S’mores Pancakes

Ingredients
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 ½ cup crushed graham crackers
 1 tbsp baking powder
 1 tsp salt
 1 ¼ cups milk
 1 egg, beaten
 ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the milk, beaten egg, and chocolate chips, mixing until incorporated.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated griddle and cook each side until lightly browned.

Marshmallow Syrup

1 cup (about 7 ounces) marshmallow fluff

2 tablespoons warm water

In a medium bowl, stir together marshmallow fluff and water until smooth. If the syrup is too thick, thin with more water.

Optional: Warm the marshmallow fluff in the microwave for 10-20 seconds, or until warmed. The marshmallows will expand, so be prepared for this.

Drizzle the marshmallow syrup on pancakes and serve immediately.
